Dentiflex Terms of Service & Platform Agreement

Welcome to Dentiflex. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dentiflex website and our proprietary computational platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Client,” “you,” or “Practice Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role & Passive Computational Limitation

Dentiflex operates strictly as an independent, passive data analytics and computational processor. We provide historical financial analysis through our proprietary Executive Revenue Audit. Dentiflex does not act as a billing agent, does not submit claims to insurance clearinghouses or third-party payors, and does not deposit, transfer, or manage Client funds. Final determination of clinical documentation, coding, fee structures, and claim submission remains the exclusive responsibility of the Client.

2. Prohibition on Public Data Submission & PHI Guardrails

The public-facing areas of the Platform are strictly informational. You agree not to submit Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, or clinical codes through public forms, chat interfaces, or email links. All operational data must be routed through the secure, BAA-protected Dentiflex Computational Portal.

3. Client Warranties on Data (BYOD)

Dentiflex operates as a “Bring Your Own Data” system. You represent that all uploaded data originates from a legally licensed practice management system. Data is uploaded strictly for private mathematical analysis against regional benchmarks.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

All content, methodologies, and frameworks are exclusive intellectual property. You may not use bots, crawlers, or automated systems to extract data. You may not use outputs to train AI models, machine learning systems, or LLMs. Any violation constitutes a breach of proprietary rights.

5. Data De-Identification & Usage Rights

All ingested data is anonymized and aggregated. Dentiflex retains the right to use anonymized datasets to improve algorithms, establish benchmarks, and enhance protocols. Feedback may be used without compensation.

6. Financial Projections & ROI Disclaimer

Dentiflex guarantees only the mathematical accuracy of analysis based on provided data. No guarantee is made regarding future revenue, performance, or claim approval outcomes.

7. Private Nomination Protocol

Referral links are for private professional distribution only. Public posting, affiliate marketing, or paid promotion is prohibited. Violations may result in dashboard deactivation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from use of the Platform.
